Grape varieties: Selection from our best plots. Mainly Grenache, with some Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre. The exact percentages vary depending on the vintage.

Yields: Low yields of 25 to 30 hectoliters on average.

Vinification: Long maceration with manual punching down for 3 to 5 weeks.

Ageing: The Réserve is aged for two years, with the majority matured in vats and a smaller proportion aged in French oak barriques.

Taste: A wine marked by elegance, power and complexity. We recommend opening the bottle at least two hours before and using large wine glasses.

With food: The Réserve pairs beautifully with Mediterranean cuisine. It accompanies beef, lamb, game as well as spicy Asian, Oriental and Mexican dishes. Cheese, in particular goats and sheep's, also matches perfectly.

Drinking window: We suggest to enjoy the Réserve within a period of 6 years.
